POLICIES

  • We understand that plans can change and aim to be as accommodating as possible.

    • A $100 deposit is required for all first time appointments and is applied toward your visit.

    • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

    • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    • ‍ ‍Subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit to secure your appointment.

  • To ensure a calm, unrushed experience for every client:

    • A 15 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

    • Arrives beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.

    • Clients more than 15 minutes late may considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • New clients are required to complete any requested intake forms or pre assessments prior to their appointment. This allows us to provide the most thoughtful and personalized care possible.

    If a consultation is completed and the client chooses not to proceed, the booking deposit will be retained to account for time, preparation, and expertise provided.

    To ensure treatment integrity and results, clients receiving in-studio services are required to follow a customized at-home routine.
